Arrive at 4:30 pm if you want time to mingle and settle in, there will be lawn games and plenty of people to get to know. We plan on starting the ceremony at 5:00 pm and moving into the reception once the ceremony is finished. Dinner starts at 6:00 pm giving more time for mingling and those who wish to participate in the cigar bar ( cigars are not included ). Final send off will be at 9:30.

There will be beer and wine provided for those 21 or older and non alcoholic options available for all.

Venue will take place outdoors with grass areas. A tent will be provided for reception, please keep in mind it will be very warm and sunny.

Food will be catered, please provide any accommodations or concerns that need to be made.

We would like to have an " un-plugged " ceremony, after we welcome any and photos to be taken and shared by a QR code. We ask no posting of any photos until we have made our first announcement as husband and wife. Also, no photos are allowed to be posted by anyone of the bride and grooms dressing rooms if such photos are taken.
